Job Details

Have recruitment experience in a reputable, fast-growing, high-bar technology or product business.
Use AI fluently in day-to-day recruiting, including sourcing, screening, market mapping, or reporting.
Be able to identify how AI has changed your recruiting output.
Have a strong product sense.
Understand the fundamentals of talent acquisition and consider modern tactics creatively.
Be able to influence stakeholders and close exceptional talent.
Be comfortable with ambiguity and take ownership of outcomes.
Be able to work with urgency in an asynchronous, remote-native setting.
Have an interest in financial technologies and cryptocurrency.

Partner with hiring managers and teams to design and execute hiring strategies.
Support hiring decisions with data and market insights.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for prioritized requisitions.
Use industry developments and market intelligence to guide recruiting.
Own the end-to-end recruitment process and remove blockers to deliver hires.
Use AI in recruiting workflows, including sourcing, screening, market mapping, and reporting.
Champion the company’s culture and assess candidate alignment with its mission and values.
Contribute to cross-functional projects that improve global recruiting infrastructure.
