Responsibilities
- Break news on mergers, LBOs, and hostile takeovers.
- Develop scoops, exclusives, and trend stories about the M&A market.
- Identify strong story ideas and craft conceptual stories for Axios readers.

- Build sources across banks, law firms, advisers, and the wider M&A world.
- Appear at conferences and engage sources in live settings.
