Requirements
- Be interested in working in a fast-paced fintech startup environment.
- Demonstrate initiative as a self-starter.
- Collaborate and problem-solve effectively.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and balance multiple tasks.
- Identify trends in data and make decisions based on analysis.
- Customer-facing experience is preferred.
- Excel or Google Sheets, SQL, and product management experience are a plus, but not required.
- A degree in Communication, Business Finance, Business Operations, Business Marketing, or Information Systems is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage client questions and feedback about River products and services.
- Analyze client activity and inquiries to identify trends.
- Identify and develop operational efficiencies to scale the business and its processes.
- Refine business rules, automations, and communication methods across Client Operations.
- Liaise between clients and Relationship Management, Engineering, Financial Operations, Risk Management, and Client Services.
- Support business needs, product improvements, and the client experience.
