Requirements
- Bring 2–5 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce development ecosystem, including Salesforce development.
- Have exposure to customer-facing roles involving cloud-based or SaaS technology, ideally in a technical environment.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or have equivalent practical experience.
- Have experience with software deployments, release management, CI/CD, or DevOps practices.
- Have basic proficiency with Salesforce, JIRA, GIT, Zoho, and/or similar customer service portals.
- Be able to quickly grasp and clearly articulate technical and business concepts, including software development and release-management workflows.
- Bring developing presentation, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate customer empathy and an interest in contributing to revenue and growth.
- Be collaborative, persistent, and self-directed.
- Experience with nCino is a plus.
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident and capable of obtaining a Government Security clearance if required.
Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of customer business and technical objectives and contribute to strategic joint success plans with milestones and KPIs.
- Partner with customers and internal technical teams to understand development, deployment, integration, and DevOps workflows.
- Help translate customer technical needs into successful product outcomes.
- Support customers' Purchase to Value journey, recurring renewals, and opportunities to enhance Net Retention Rate.
- Promote license utilization and product adoption in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor product adoption, customer satisfaction, and customer health scores.
- Cultivate customer advocacy and references to support new business growth.
- Assist with enhancement requests and escalations, and guide customers through upgrades, releases, and new features.
- Collaborate with account teams and stakeholders across sales, support, professional services, engineering, renewals, and partners.
- Use customer surveys and feedback to inform product and service improvements.
