Responsibilities
- Oversee implementation of EIS digital scheduling tools across specialties.
- Support the Cadence and MyChart teams with design decisions and resource planning.
- Manage project documentation, tasks, milestones, and timelines.
- Ensure Cadence and MyChart scheduling tools are implemented as planned.
- Oversee post-live specialty check-ins and manage scheduling-related escalations.
- Identify and mitigate program risks, including Cadence and MyChart risks and post-go-live support.
- Coordinate operational access optimization and change management before project kickoff.
- Use data to optimize workflows and develop and monitor program KPIs.
- Track project and optimization requests, and develop a toolkit for managing digital scheduling tools.
- Report project progress, KPI findings, and lessons learned to leadership.
