Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Three years of related experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Preferred: Four years of progressively responsible related experience.
- Preferred: Experience working with cross-functional teams and process improvement.
- Preferred: Experience working with Student Information Systems.
- Preferred: Four years of registrar's office experience, preferably in catalogue, academic calendar, and scheduling.
- Strongly preferred: Functional experience with Student Information Systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Strongly preferred: Functional experience with CourseLeaf CAT, CIM, CLSS, or other catalog and curriculum software.
- Strongly preferred: CollegeNET/25Live or other scheduling software experience.
- Strongly preferred: Functional experience with OnBase or other document imaging software.
- Desired: Knowledge of FERPA and laws, rules, and regulations related to JHU policies.
- Ability to develop test cases and oversee user-acceptance testing.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate catalogue communication with editors and divisional registrar offices, and maintain user roles and permissions.
- Maintain catalogue software, document its use, and train end-users.
- Support CollegeNET/25Live operations, administer the system, and maintain scheduling data.
- Analyze space usage and produce utilization reports for executive leadership.
- Train university users on 25Live and create training documents and how-to guides.
- Produce and maintain the 10-year academic calendar website and coordinate dates across divisions.
- Support classroom management and scheduling systems, including CLSS.
- Research and resolve discrepancies in student information systems and reports, and run audit reports and support data cleanup.
- Collaborate on testing business solutions, documenting processes, and recommending system and reporting improvements.
