Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Information or Computer Science, or a similar field; equivalent practical experience is accepted.
- Experience in organizational change management within a technology consulting environment, including process transformation and developing AI use cases with business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience with generative AI and large language models (LLMs), with direct expertise in Gemini Enterprise or similar platforms.
- Ability to architect service offerings and lead workstreams on complex, high-stakes projects.
- Executive presentation skills and ability to influence senior leadership and communicate complex AI concepts as business strategies.
- High proficiency in Google Workspace and understanding of AI implementation in organizational workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, data analysis, reporting dashboards such as Looker Studio, and using data to measure change initiatives.
- Experience managing transformation lifecycles from assessment and strategy through pilot implementation, feedback collection, and scaling support.
- Ability to create enablement materials such as playbooks, training modules, or automated support bots.
- Experience partnering with IT or engineering teams to connect technical AI capabilities with user needs.
- Able to travel up to 30% as required.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI workstreams and work-transformation projects, including AI implementations, process reengineering, and operating-model shifts.
- Design Gemini and Gemini Enterprise service offerings and standard operating procedures.
- Lead AI components of presales presentations and develop demo environments showcasing connectors and agents.
- Create and document AI integration and change-strategy delivery methodologies for the broader OCM team.
- Lead AI research and development to inform service delivery.
- Design and implement governance models for sustainable, measurable AI-enabled ways of working.
- Develop coaching and support frameworks, including AI champion programs and feedback loops.
- Define KPIs for AI-driven transformation, such as time savings, process efficiency, and output quality.
- Maintain a 60% billable utilization target while driving AI revenue and sales.
- Travel up to 30% as required for customer-facing and internal needs.
