Requirements
- Have 4+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS.
- Provide a portfolio showing end-to-end product work on complex workflows; a portfolio is required for consideration.
- Have experience designing for multiple user types with different goals and mental models.
- Demonstrate strong Figma skills, including auto layout, components, variants, variables, and prototyping.
- Be comfortable using AI design tools such as Claude Design to explore and prototype.
- Have hands-on experience designing AI features or a clear, well-argued point of view on AI in product UX.
- Be comfortable running research and usability tests independently.
- Have strong written and spoken English and be able to explain design decisions in short async messages.
- Be comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and decisions made with incomplete information.
- Accommodate US East Coast working hours.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for product areas across the partner portal and admin experience, from discovery and flows through high-fidelity UI and engineering-ready specifications.
- Design AI-driven experiences, including agent interactions, suggested actions, generated content, and loading, uncertainty, error, and human-review states.
- Simplify B2B workflows including deal registration, referrals, incentives and payouts, onboarding, and partner analytics.
- Contribute to and use the Figma design system, including components, tokens, and variables.
- Run customer and partner research and usability tests, and translate findings into design changes.
- Prototype in Figma and Claude Design to test ideas with users before engineering.
- Work with engineers during implementation and review shipped UI against specifications.
- Track post-launch adoption, task completion, and drop-off, and iterate based on findings.
