Job Details

Have 2+ years of client-facing experience engaging directly with clients in advisory, implementation, or ongoing operational cadences.
Have experience with Laravel, the framework, in a personal or professional capacity.
Understand general web application constructs, including frontend, backend, databases, cache, object storage, and asset bundling.
Have technical literacy in cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies, including compute, networking, storage, and security.
Have working knowledge of commercial and technical cloud tradeoffs, including serverless, autoscaling, networking, bandwidth, and databases.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Be based in APAC timezones.
Experience supporting production implementation, migration, or cutover efforts is a plus.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean, or platforms such as Laravel Forge, Laravel Vapor, Heroku, Vercel, or Railway, is a plus.

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers from onboarding through ongoing engagements.
Guide onboarding and migration projects, including environment setup, private infrastructure and networking, and database migrations.
Provide technical guidance on best practices, deployment workflows, and application performance within managed infrastructure.
Use and contribute to internal tooling to monitor customer health and usage and address risks proactively.
Own bespoke customer challenges end-to-end, investigating and resolving real-time needs.
Create and document client-ready emails, written guides, and presentations.
Advocate for customers by relaying product feedback and bespoke needs to Product and Engineering leadership.
