Responsibilities
- Take care of customers and identify coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and upcoming renewal increases.
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for insurance and policyholders requesting changes.
- Learn the available insurance products and determine which options fit each customer.
- Become knowledgeable about the app to help customers use it.
- Solve problems that prevent customers from getting appropriate coverage.
- Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
- Share customer feedback and suggestions to help improve the product.
