- Identify potential savings and coverage gaps for customers.
- Explain complex policy details in clear, understandable terms.
- Build tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners.
- Finalize customer coverage.
- Address customer concerns and hesitation with empathy.
- Share direct customer feedback with the product team.
