Requirements
- Demonstrated research depth and novel thinking in machine learning or AI.
- Expertise in evaluations, novel applications, or custom implementations of AI agent frameworks.
- Publications at top-tier ML/AI venues (NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, ACL) or significant contributions to widely-used open-source projects.
- Strong Python proficiency for research and development.
- Familiarity with LLMs, reinforcement learning, agent frameworks, and evaluation systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve core AI methods, algorithms, and systems across the full lifecycle of reliable AI agents.
- Create novel approaches for simulation, evaluation, and optimization of agent behavior in real-world settings.
- Turn research ideas into working prototypes and production-facing capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate frontier AI research into practical customer value.
- Help define the company's technical direction in agent reliability, evaluation, and optimization.
