Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in technology consulting, technology due diligence, technology strategy, digital transformation, or technology leadership.
- Demonstrated experience leading client-facing workstreams or engagements and managing senior stakeholders.
- Strong technology fundamentals in at least one area: product and engineering, software architecture and cloud, data and AI, cybersecurity, software delivery, or technology operating models.
- Significant experience within a business domain such as insurance, capital markets, healthcare, logistics, or supply chain.
- Ability to move confidently between technical detail and business-level discussions.
- Experience with private equity, transaction advisory, corporate development, or high-growth technology businesses is strongly preferred.
- Excellent structured thinking, written communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Responsibilities
- Independently lead complex client engagements from initial scoping through high-quality delivery.
- Build trusted relationships with senior investors, boards, and management teams.
- Lead technical due diligence and technology-focused engagements to identify risks and value-creation opportunities.
- Assess technology strategy, architecture, cloud platforms, data and AI, cybersecurity, and operating models.
- Translate technical findings into commercial implications regarding growth, margins, investment risk, and value creation.
- Produce concise reports, executive presentations, and workshops for client decision-making.
- Develop a recognised functional specialism while directing multidisciplinary teams.
- Contribute to commercial diligence, investment thesis development, and client proposition development.
