Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, technology due diligence, technology strategy, digital transformation, or technology leadership.
- Track record of leading client-facing workstreams and managing senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrable depth in at least one functional specialism (e.g., product and engineering, architecture and cloud, data and AI, cybersecurity, delivery, or technology operating model).
- Experience in a business domain such as insurance, capital markets, healthcare, or logistics.
- Ability to bridge technical detail and business discussions to identify material investment issues.
- Structured thinking, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in client relationship management.
- Collaborative and action-oriented style.
- Private equity, transaction advisory, or high-growth tech business experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Independently lead complex client engagements from scoping through to high-quality delivery.
- Build credibility with senior investors, boards, and management teams.
- Deliver concise reports, executive presentations, and workshops.
- Lead technical due diligence to identify risks and value-creation opportunities.
- Contribute to broader commercial diligence and investment thesis engagements.
- Develop and apply a functional specialism while leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Support business growth through client relationships and mentoring colleagues.
