Requirements

  • Demonstrated lifecycle marketing expertise in a product-led growth, self-serve, or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end program ownership from strategy and audience definition to execution and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo or equivalent marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in campaign setup, contact governance, QA, and launch monitoring.
  • Ability to partner with data teams to validate record-level information and audit targeting segments.
  • Experience translating technical signals and usage behaviors into effective messaging for developers and admins.
  • Technical familiarity with developer ecosystems, cloud infrastructure, or complex multi-product environments.
  • Independent senior-level judgment to structure priorities and drive programs in ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • SQL experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and scale lifecycle campaigns across email and in-product channels for container and AI products.
  • Design and execute large-scale programmatic campaigns for audiences in the tens of millions.
  • Build and manage automated lead and renewal programs in partnership with sales and business development.
  • Collaborate with data and engineering teams to audit record-level data, validate targeting logic, and ensure audience accuracy.
  • Maintain contact governance, suppression lists, and targeting controls.
  • Oversee campaign QA, live proofs, launch monitoring, and real-time troubleshooting.
  • Translate technical product signals and usage behaviors into credible messaging for developers and administrators.
  • Manage the lifecycle roadmap by sequencing priorities and identifying capacity constraints.
  • Coordinate with design and agency partners to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Establish reporting practices to track program performance and business impact.
