Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in agency environments, specifically in account management, client servicing, and project leadership.
- Recent experience as a Senior Manager, Group Account Manager, or Account Director.
- Proven track record of managing and developing teams through coaching and performance management.
- Experience managing client relationships end to end, including senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong domain experience in design, video, content, and creative services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to navigate complex situations.
- Strong commercial understanding of pricing, proposals, and project economics.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive projects independently.
- Experience with marketing campaign management and key account handling.
Responsibilities
- Own key client relationships through proactive communication and regular requirement gathering.
- Independently manage ongoing client accounts and projects, coordinating timelines and deliverables.
- Lead and mentor Account Managers and Account Executives to ensure high performance and accountability.
- Coordinate creative talent by evaluating quality, fit, and project budget requirements.
- Develop proposals, scopes, and project plans to meet client goals.
- Manage pricing discussions, commercial decisions, and project economics.
- Establish operational discipline to improve workflows and communication across accounts.
- Resolve complex project issues proactively with minimal supervision.
