Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of agency experience in account management, client servicing, and project leadership.
- Currently operating as a Senior Manager, Group Account Manager (GAM), or Account Director, or in an equivalent role.
- Proven experience running a team by coaching, delegating, and holding people accountable.
- Strong track record managing client relationships end-to-end, including at a senior/stakeholder level.
- Strong domain experience across design, video, and content/creative services.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to represent the business to leadership.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
- Strong problem-solving ability and comfort handling multiple moving pieces.
- Strong commercial thinking across pricing, proposals, and project economics.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive things forward independently.
Responsibilities
- Own strong client relationships through timely communication and detailed project delivery.
- Independently manage ongoing client accounts and projects.
- Lead and manage a team of Account Managers/Executives, providing coaching and accountability.
- Identify and coordinate creative talent based on project quality, fit, and budget.
- Lead the creation of proposals, scopes, and project plans, including pricing discussions.
- Track project progress, maintain documentation, and ensure operational discipline across accounts.
