Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of agency experience in account management, client servicing, and project leadership.
- Currently operating as a Senior Manager, Group Account Manager (GAM), or Account Director, or in an equivalent role.
- Proven experience running a team by coaching, delegating, and holding people accountable.
- Strong track record managing client relationships end-to-end, including at a senior or stakeholder level.
- Strong domain experience across design, video, and content/creative services.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent the business in front of clients.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
- Strong problem-solving ability and comfort handling multiple moving pieces.
- Strong commercial thinking across pricing, proposals, and project economics.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
Responsibilities
- Own strong client relationships through timely communication and lead project delivery.
- Independently manage ongoing client accounts, projects, and stakeholder communication.
- Lead and manage a team of Account Managers/Executives, providing coaching and ensuring quality.
- Coordinate creative talent by assessing quality, fit, availability, and budgets.
- Create proposals, project plans, and scopes while managing pricing and commercial solutions.
- Track project progress and maintain documentation for all account deliverables.
