- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally within assigned territory
Responsibilities
- Learn the fuel, fleet, lubricants, DEF, and energy solutions industry from the ground up
- Train alongside established Sales Executives to understand the company sales process and operational capabilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers through communication and visits
- Support Sales Executives with account management, onboarding, and service reviews
- Prospect and identify new opportunities within existing accounts and target markets
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, dispatch, and billing teams to ensure customer execution
- Assist with equipment coordination and service implementation
- Analyze accounts to improve profitability and service efficiency
- Participate in structured coaching, sales meetings, and performance reviews
