- Own product direction and priorities for rePete, keeping the team focused on opportunities with the greatest impact.
- Connect deeply with customers to understand their problems, behaviors, and needs.
- Transform data and insights into a clear product vision and strategy.
- Make thoughtful trade-offs balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical realities.
- Develop tangible solutions using prototypes, designs, and experiments.
- Create alignment across leadership, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
- Remove blockers and follow through on execution to meet product milestones.
- Leverage AI tools like Claude, Lovable, Figma, and Gemini to accelerate development and learning.
