Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Strong backend expertise with Node.js and TypeScript (NestJS preferred).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Redis.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging (e.g., Kafka, GCP Pub/Sub).
- Frontend development experience with Vue.js, React, or Angular.
- Experience with production observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or Sentry.
- Exposure to AI/LLM integration and AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
- Familiarity with ClickHouse and Elasticsearch.
- Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices with an emphasis on reliability and performance.
- Develop performant frontend experiences for feature-flag management and rollout configuration.
- Drive technical decisions and lead features from design through implementation and production deployment.
- Design data models and caching strategies to support low-latency feature evaluation at scale.
- Implement observability tools for logging, metrics, and tracing to ensure system reliability.
- Utilize AI-assisted development practices to accelerate the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
