Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Golang, Java, or Python.
- Experience with microservices architecture, distributed environments, and transactional systems.
- Hands-on experience with Go, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, and CI/CD.
- Proficiency in micro web frameworks such as Springboot, Gin, or Mux.
- Experience building RESTful APIs with monitoring, fault tolerance, and metrics.
- Experience with relational (MySQL) and NoSQL (Cassandra, Redis, DynamoDB) databases.
- Exposure to ElasticSearch and messaging services like ActiveMQ.
- DevOps experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work as a self-starter in a fluid environment.
Responsibilities
- Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, and maintainable code.
- Solve complex technical problems through objective analysis and architectural planning.
- Build robust, secure, and scalable microservices and RESTful services.
- Take ownership of cloud infrastructure, platform architecture, and backend systems.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to meet business objectives and compliance standards.
- Participate in and drive code reviews to maintain quality.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering processes.
- Track defects and work with stakeholders to triage bugs and manage backlogs.
