Requirements
- Minimum of 5–7 years of full-cycle sales recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Proven ability to run multiple diverse requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS or comparable systems.
- Strong hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Working knowledge of U.S. talent markets and compensation trends.
- Experience using AI tools to assist in sourcing, screening, and outreach workflows.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Candidate-first mindset with focus on inclusive hiring processes.
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle competing searches.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for sales roles spanning individual contributor to senior management.
- Build talent maps and source proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
- Lead intake meetings to define candidate profiles and advise hiring managers.
- Keep pipelines warm ahead of hiring needs through relationship-building.
- Own the candidate journey from first outreach through onboarding.
- Track and act on recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and pipeline health.
- Identify and resolve process friction to maintain hiring speed and quality.
- Partner with People Operations and leadership on workforce planning.
