Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR technology, HR operations systems, or a related function.
- Hands-on experience with Workday is required, including HCM, Time Tracking, Learning, Reporting, Security, and/or Integrations.
- Experience supporting Workday integrations with third-party applications (ATS, Finance, Procurement, payroll).
- Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations, reports, and workflows.
- Strong project management and execution skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, and Legal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of HR systems, data flows, integrations, access controls, and system governance.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed international teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the configuration, maintenance, enhancement, testing, and upgrades of HR applications and systems, with a primary focus on Workday.
- Provide day-to-day HRIS support, troubleshooting, user guidance, and issue resolution for HR teams and system stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into practical HRIS configurations, workflows, reports, integrations, and process enhancements.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday integrations with internal and external applications.
- Design, develop, maintain, and improve Workday custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
- Manage HRIS security roles, user access, permissions, and governance processes.
- Lead or support HRIS projects involving system implementations, upgrades, integrations, process redesign, testing, change management, and user adoption.
