4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Deep expertise in React Native (components, hooks, state management).
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Experience shipping React Native apps for both iOS and Android.
Hands-on experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, offline storage, push notifications, and authentication.
Experience with state management libraries such as MobX or Tanstack.
Experience working with native modules in Objective-C/Swift and/or Java/Kotlin.
Proficiency in Git, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Prior experience publishing apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and performance tuning.

Ship warm, fast, and human-centric mobile experiences for teens.
Improve the first-week journey including onboarding, matching, and engagement.
Develop mentor-facing features to improve consistency and operational speed.
Build safety surfaces to detect risk and reduce human error.
Engineer end-to-end features across React Native, backend services, and APIs.
Collaborate with design, product, growth, and clinical operations teams.
Maintain a clean, scalable codebase and run user research with teens and mentors.
