Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant accounting experience in Big 4 audit or at a technology/fintech firm.
- ACA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Working knowledge of IFRS; U.S. GAAP knowledge is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of regulatory reporting requirements for financial institutions.
- Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to execute complex reconciliations and variance analyses.
- Experience using AI tools and automation platforms to enhance productivity.
- Professional-level written and spoken English.
- Experience with publicly traded companies is preferred.
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and digital assets is a plus.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion or comparable ERPs, Slack, and Google Workspace.
Responsibilities
- Prepare statutory and regulatory reporting for multiple legal entities.
- Perform month-end close procedures, including preparing management accounts, posting journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Analyze fluctuations in key balance sheet and P&L accounts.
- Prepare support for SEC disclosures and external financial reporting.
- Review agreements for compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
- Implement process improvements and automation using AI-based tools.
- Own and improve control design and execution in line with ICFR/SOX expectations.
- Manage SOX, audit, and tax compliance documentation.
