Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in a recruitment environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience in Mining, Engineering, or Construction industry is an advantage.
- Tertiary qualification is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Match and place candidates by ensuring client and candidate needs are met.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to source qualified candidates.
- Perform candidate headhunting to target active and passive talent, particularly for niche skills.
- Leverage online resources and in-house systems to identify top candidates.
- Review resumes and credentials against position requirements.
- Manage communication with candidates and clients.
- Prepare candidates for client interviews.
- Manage presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components.
- Conduct market and industry research and due diligence.
