Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on contract and subcontract management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of FAR, federal acquisition policy, proposal compliance, and flowdowns.
  • Hands-on experience with NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontracts, modifications, and contract negotiation.
  • Familiarity with GWACs and multiple-award vehicles (e.g., OASIS+, NASA SEWP, Alliant, Polaris, STARS).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities with independent judgment.
  • Prior consulting or multi-client advisory experience is preferred.
  • DoD, DFARS, or agency supplement experience is preferred.
  • CFCM certification is a plus.
  • Experience with SBIR/STTR or OTAs is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support full-life-cycle contract administration from pre-award through closeout across multiple clients.
  • Draft, review, redline, and negotiate NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontracts, and joint ventures.
  • Advise client PMs and executives on prime and subcontract awards and contract risk.
  • Lead client meetings, negotiations, and requests for equitable adjustment.
  • Maintain compliance with FAR, DFARS, and agency supplements, and ensure contract systems and deliverables are up to date.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the firm's collaborative contracts practice.
