Requirements
- 10+ years of program management experience overseeing multi-stream projects with 50+ team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
- PMP certification.
- Experience with hybrid Agile-Waterfall methodologies in large-scale programs.
- Proven ability to create structured plans (WBS, dependency maps) and governance frameworks.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with fixed price, T&M, and milestone-based payments.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, Excel, and PPM tools like Mavenlink or Kantata.
- Experience managing C-suite stakeholder relationships and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to align program roadmaps with contract goals and benefits realization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee complex, multi-stream programs end-to-end including setting program controls and tracking milestones.
- Establish technical, architectural, and delivery governance with standardized reporting and compliance.
- Manage cross-stream orchestration by aligning project managers, vendors, and client teams.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks using a centralized register.
- Manage program budgets, ROI, and resource planning across complex financial models.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and provide clear, executive-ready updates to C-suite and delivery teams.
- Standardize processes and ensure benefits realization by aligning deliverables to quality standards.
