Requirements
- 10+ years of combined consulting and clinical research operations experience.
- Proven track record of building team solutions and service offerings in a clinical research FSP model.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong general management and P&L experience.
- Exceptional executive presence, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in building and leading delivery teams, including mentoring and performance management.
- Ability to quantify financial/operational benefits for performance improvement initiatives.
- Strong change management expertise in complex environments.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 20%.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the Clinical Research Consulting team in a high-performance environment.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) leading sales pursuits, including proposals, SOWs, and contract negotiations.
- Act as a hands-on engagement leader for complex performance improvement projects.
- Meet or exceed revenue and profit targets by establishing Vitalief as a trusted partner.
- Collaborate with executive, business development, and marketing teams to create market-leading solutions.
- Leverage industry network to drive growth and represent Vitalief at industry events.
