Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the utilities or energy sector.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating multiple digital platforms simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Eneco customers, managing inquiries related to energy usage, billing, and contracts.
- Provide expert advice on sustainable energy solutions and services offered by Eneco.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues regarding account management, meter readings, and tariff adjustments within the energy sector.
- Maintain detailed customer records and interactions within the CRM system to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Communicate complex energy-related information clearly and empathetically to Dutch-speaking clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on energy market trends and Eneco’s service offerings.
