Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or solutions architecture within SaaS or PaaS.
- Deep familiarity with CMS, DXP, commerce, MACH, or composable technologies.
- Hands-on experience with headless architectures, APIs, and SSR/SSG frameworks like Next.js and Nuxt.
- Experience building prototypes and using AI coding tools such as Claude Code.
- Proven experience working in a partner or channel motion to enable external technical teams.
- Strong presentation, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Working knowledge of agentic AI patterns, including MCP.
- Working knowledge of GDPR, data residency, and EU hosting considerations.
- Ability to travel up to 25% to partner sites and industry events.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enablement strategies for a portfolio of 20–30 strategic EMEA partners including training, certification paths, and workshops.
- Evaluate partner-built accelerators, integrations, and marketplace apps for architecture, performance, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal account teams on technical discovery, architecture reviews, demos, and POCs.
- Guide partners in designing reference architectures across commerce, DAM, search, personalization, and CDP.
- Provide technical guidance on GDPR, data residency, and EU hosting requirements.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for solution architects and engineering leaders at partner organizations.
- Capture and communicate partner feedback to Product and Developer Experience teams.
