Requirements
- 5+ years of professional fullstack engineering experience.
- Deep experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Proficiency with Firestore/Firebase and REST API development.
- Experience with Git-based workflows and containerized environments (Docker).
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work consistent EST hours to ensure team alignment.
- Proven ability to operate independently and take ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.
- A strong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve existing JavaScript/React applications and cloud infrastructure.
- Architect and build new AI-enabled applications, workflows, and internal tooling.
- Design and implement scalable APIs and event-driven systems.
- Develop critical integrations with healthcare systems, telephony platforms, AI providers, and third-party services.
- Utilize modern AI tooling and coding assistants to maximize development velocity and code quality.
- Contribute to the strategic evolution of the platform toward autonomous and intelligent workflow orchestration.
