Requirements
- Strong experience with TypeScript on both server (Node.js/NestJS) and client-side (Angular/React/Vue).
- Deep expertise in PostgreSQL, relational modeling, and SQL query optimization.
- Hands-on experience shipping with LLMs, including function calling, retrieval, agent orchestration, and evals.
- Strong command of professional engineering tools: Git, Docker, and CI pipelines.
- Proficiency in asynchronous and distributed system design (queues, retries, idempotency).
- Understanding of microservice architecture, observability, and time-series data.
- Working knowledge of REST and gRPC protocols.
- Competence in writing and defending unit and integration tests.
- Strong debugging skills covering stack traces, query plans, and metrics dashboards.
- Solid grasp of algorithms and data structures.
- Communicative proficiency in English and strong self-direction.
Responsibilities
- Own full-lifecycle feature development from architecture and design to implementation and production troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain the platform backend using NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
- Build and iterate on internal AI agent platforms, including MCP servers and tool design.
- Implement orchestration pipelines for product discovery and design.
- Design and execute evaluations for AI agents to ensure reliability and performance.
- Address system-wide architectural challenges including gRPC, message queues, and containerization.
