Requirements
- 5 or more years of professional experience with presentation and office document design as your primary focus.
- Background in brand agencies, design studios, or corporate consulting environments.
- Advanced, demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Mastery of layout, grid systems, typography, visual hierarchy, spacing, and composition.
- Skilled at selecting and implementing visual formats such as infographics, diagrams, charts, and tables.
- Experience interpreting or developing creative briefs for design projects.
- Portfolio that shows a clear brand or advertising sensibility.
- Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Build world-class presentations natively in PowerPoint, from brief to finished deck.
- Review and critique existing slides, identifying opportunities to improve layout, hierarchy, and communication clarity.
- Write structured creative briefs to guide AI-generated presentation and document design across multiple iterations.
- Evaluate and give detailed design feedback on AI-produced outputs, acting as a creative director across design cycles.
- Apply strong visual storytelling principles to make complex content clear, compelling, and on-brand.
