Requirements
- 4+ years of development experience in mobile, web, or backend service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record of delivering user-facing features.
- Demonstrated ability to ship products and features quickly.
- Excellent product instincts with a focus on user-centric design.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills without relying on translation apps.
- Experience building E-commerce products (preferred).
- Experience shipping end-to-end features including UI and service (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end gamified mechanisms for buyers to drive purchases and engagement.
- Build interactive challenges and reward systems such as promotions, task achievement systems, and virtual point systems.
- Develop innovative systems and features for mobile and web applications.
- Analyze performance metrics and user feedback continuously to refine product strategies.
- Deliver enjoyable experiences by collaborating within the Games & Buyer Ecosystem team.
