Job Details

Experience: At least 5 years of professional software development experience.

At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
Strong frontend expertise with comfort working on backend APIs, server-side code, and databases.
Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js, Vite, and Tailwind.
Experience leading projects from concept to completion, including documentation.
Deep, thoughtful experience as a user of AI coding assistants and agents.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with backend languages such as Scala or Python (nice to have).
Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux, Redux Saga, or Zustand (nice to have).
Experience building LLM-powered features and agentic coding workflows (nice to have).

Own product surfaces end to end, setting direction and tracking performance for features used by millions of creators.
Work across the stack to build and modify backend APIs, services, and data flows.
Drive your own roadmap by identifying opportunities from user feedback and data, and aligning with product and design teams.
Modernize the frontend by refactoring features from JavaScript to TypeScript to enhance performance.
Ship LLM-driven features, managing model integration, prompt engineering, and clear UX for AI-generated output.
Fix architecture and performance bottlenecks across the entire request path.
Integrate AI tools into daily workflows, such as Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot.
Improve system durability through testing, monitoring, and error reporting.
