Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP construction, commissioning, or mission-critical project delivery.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing large project teams and complex MEP scopes.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation practices, and commissioning requirements.
- Advanced understanding of QA/QC processes, standards, and lifecycle management.
- Experience managing commissioning programs, integrated systems testing, and operational turnover activities.
- Proficiency in QA/QC and commissioning platforms such as CxAlloy or similar tools.
- Proven leadership, team development, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across fast-paced, high-demand environments.
- Experience delivering hyperscale data centers, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or industrial projects is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as PE, CCM, LEED, or CxA are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership for MEP and commissioning activities from preconstruction through project turnover.
- Develop and execute project-specific MEP and commissioning strategies.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget objectives.
- Oversee the installation, startup, testing, and turnover of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, and life safety systems.
- Lead commissioning planning, scheduling, and execution activities.
- Ensure completion of pre-functional, functional, and integrated systems testing requirements.
- Serve as the primary client contact for MEP and commissioning-related activities.
- Mentor and develop Project Managers, Engineers, Coordinators, Superintendents, and QA/QC personnel.
