Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the CPG industry.
- Expertise in project management methodologies, risk mitigation, and strategic prioritization.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with high ambiguity and visibility.
- Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools, with experience in Monday.com preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to build relationships and thrive in a remote, team-oriented environment.
- People manager experience is preferred.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience managing projects in a remote environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams through complex innovation projects, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Design and refine project timelines using Monday.com to drive strategic prioritization and clarify execution.
- Support projects through the Stage-Gate process by managing documentation, preparing for gate reviews, and facilitating stakeholder alignment.
- Oversee project performance by analyzing data to anticipate risks, mitigate bottlenecks, and protect launch quality.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to secure resources and optimize project efficiency.
- Coach and mentor team members to strengthen operational rigor and commercialization excellence.
- Facilitate collaboration across product development, marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance.
