4+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, or a related role in software development.
Hands-on experience delivering AI projects, with ownership over outcomes.
Experience working across the full product lifecycle - from discovery and scoping to delivery and evaluation.
Practical understanding of agentic AI systems (e.g., multi-agent architectures, orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, MCP).
Strong understanding of Agile software development theory and practice.
Experience facilitating workshops such as Design Sprint or Discovery phases.
Confidence in working with data and communicating trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong communication skills and fluent English (B2+) and Polish (C1).
Assertiveness and negotiation skills.
Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, NotebookLM) in day-to-day work.

Lead innovative AI projects that leverage Agentic Engineering end-to-end - from discovery through delivery and optimization.
Translate business needs into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and sprint plans.
Facilitate discovery phases and Design Sprints to define high-impact AI solutions.
Manage stakeholders across cross-functional, international teams and ensure clear communication.
Own project governance, including risk management, budget control, and reporting.
Support clients in understanding AI capabilities, trade-offs, and business impact.
Contribute to internal AI Consulting and Training initiatives by sharing knowledge and improving methodologies.
