Job Details

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role in a software development environment.
Mandatory experience with B2B products.
Experience with enterprise-class, multi-tenant, or multi-market platforms (preferred).
Experience working with integration-heavy and data-heavy products.
Excellent communication skills in English for client interaction and documentation.
Excellent communication skills in Polish for internal team collaboration.
Strong skills in gathering, refining, and prioritizing product requirements.
Ability to reconcile conflicting expectations between clients, internal stakeholders, and developers.
Solid understanding of agile methodologies and process management.
Proficiency in Jira and Notion (preferred).
Domain experience in automotive, retail, e-commerce, or marketplaces (preferred).

Manage end-to-end product ownership from discovery and problem definition to release and adoption.
Conduct discovery with enterprise stakeholders via interviews, workshops, and data analysis to validate problems.
Define and prioritize the product roadmap, managing scope, sequencing, and trade-offs.
Translate high-level needs into clear requirements, user stories, and epics.
Collaborate with design and engineering to define feature functionality and unblock daily team operations.
Partner with project management on timelines and milestones while assisting with backlog hygiene and demos.
Identify and mitigate product and delivery risks.
Maintain documentation in Notion and Jira.
Support pre-sales, client demos, and scoping workshops.
Contribute to the roadmap for integrating AI assistants and agents.
