Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or data architecture.
- Experience as a Product Owner, Manager, or Team Leader.
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related analytical field.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Power BI.
- Proficiency in cloud data warehouses, particularly Snowflake.
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level).
- Ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Openness to visit the Warsaw office during PI Plannings (quarterly).
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Data Product Specialists.
- Partner with the Group Product Manager to define and evolve data products for customer engagement and loyalty.
- Translate business needs into scalable data solutions, metric definitions, and self-service analytics.
- Collaborate with technology partners to operationalize external data feeds.
- Partner with Data Engineering to onboard data and resolve quality issues.
- Deliver certified datasets for leadership dashboards and ad hoc analysis.
- Drive data product adoption through enablement guides, demos, and feedback loops.
- Operationalize data governance, privacy, and security standards.
