Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in program or project coordination, facility lifecycle management, facilities planning, or infrastructure analysis.
- Experience supporting technical teams, engineers, or planners in a capital investment or portfolio management environment.
- Ability to coordinate with stakeholders to gather and track schedule, budget, or planning requirements.
- Understanding of facility planning, capital investment concepts, or resource prioritization practices.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting findings to Government stakeholders.
- Secret clearance required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Capital Investment (CI) activities supporting Marine Corps Installations Command National Capital Region or East.
- Track, analyze, and draft regional execution‑to‑plan reports for MILCON, UMMC, and Demolition design awards and budget milestones.
- Extract, validate, and align financial and project data with enterprise investment strategies.
- Consolidate regional project tracking information and incorporate updates into the Integrated Master Schedule.
- Prepare programmatic materials, including POM issue papers, budget exhibits, and compliance documentation.
- Develop and maintain recurring execution metric reports, including weekly fiscal updates for leadership.
