- Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities effectively.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on initiative and continuous improvement.
- 3+ years of experience working in SaaS, agriculture technology, or related industries is preferred.
- Degree in agriculture, agronomy, or related field, or direct industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and provide training for successful implementation.
- Manage customer renewals and re-engage at-risk customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, in-app chat, and email.
- Visit customers for training and present at grower/agronomist workshops.
- Utilize CRM and SaaS platforms to track and manage day-to-day activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
