Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in client or account management.
- 2+ years of experience in direct people management or leadership.
- Proven ability to build executive-level relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills with experience managing high-stakes situations.
- Ability to travel periodically for onsite client visits and conferences.
- Must reside in Florida, North Carolina, or Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior relationship owner and primary escalation point for the largest State Quitline account.
- Lead strategic account planning, including retention strategy, expansion opportunities, and roadmap alignment.
- Manage contract renewal, amendment, and scope-of-work negotiations.
- Coach and develop direct reports, including goal-setting and career development planning.
- Represent Client Services in cross-departmental discussions regarding account strategy and product delivery.
- Present business reviews, performance results, and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
