Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Business Systems.
- 3+ years of experience leading, managing, or formally coaching Product Managers.
- Demonstrated ability to own and oversee a portfolio of interconnected enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of product fundamentals: customer discovery, strategy, roadmap development, and prioritization.
- Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, data flows, system boundaries, and enterprise application ecosystems.
- Experience partnering with engineering leadership to shape technical strategy and evaluate tradeoffs.
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple business systems.
- Experience with enterprise processes in Finance, Sales/GTM, HR, billing, or monetization.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to product management.
- Excellent communication skills for influencing cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers responsible for Financial, People, Sales, Billing, and AI/Automation systems.
- Define and evolve the product-management operating model, establishing consistent practices for discovery, roadmap development, and lifecycle management.
- Establish a cohesive portfolio strategy that aligns individual domains with company-level objectives.
- Partner with Engineering leadership to balance new capabilities with platform health, security, and technical scalability.
- Drive portfolio-level prioritization across competing business needs to focus on highest-value outcomes.
- Identify and manage dependencies across systems including ERP, monetization, and enterprise data.
- Communicate portfolio strategy, risks, and progress clearly to senior leadership.
