Requirements

- Experience with at least one enterprise AI tool: Google Gemini for Gov, M365 Copilot, or ChatGPT Gov
- Proven experience managing complex technology integration programs in a federal or highly regulated environment
- Strong understanding of AI platforms, cloud technologies, and compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST)
- Expertise in cloud-based infrastructure and DevOps practices
- Stakeholder management and business process engineering experience
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.
- Define business requirements and success metrics for platform deployment and adoption.
- Facilitate requirements workshops and lead user feedback collection.
- Ensure alignment with legal, security, and federal compliance standards like NIST 800-171.
- Coordinate procurement activities and operational approvals.
- Oversee integration of identity management, logging, and monitoring capabilities.
- Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and constraints across workstreams.
- Develop contingency plans and escalate critical issues.
