Requirements

- Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience working at an enterprise level with system application design and development.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive approach in the design and development of solutions.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization environment.
- Self-starter, quick learner, and capable of working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform business and systems analysis across multiple systems.
- Gather and document requirements for multiple systems.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate requirements workshops with internal stakeholders.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Brief requirements to internal and external employees.
- Develop training material across multiple IT systems.
- Perform system and data modelling using UML.
- Apply Domain Driven Design (DDD) approach for web-based solutions.
- Design and document use cases.
