Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 6 to 8 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Supplemental Figma experience.
- Advanced understanding of design fundamentals including color theory, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent collaboration and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated mentorship and leadership within a creative team.
- Experience in a corporate in-house environment or large-scale brand management preferred.
- Working knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools such as After Effects preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own projects independently from brief to final delivery with minimal supervision.
- Create visual assets for digital and print media including campaigns, product launches, web, social, email, and events.
- Partner with Marketing, Product Design, and Internal Brand teams to turn strategy into cohesive visuals.
- Present design concepts and gather feedback, iterating across multiple stakeholders.
- Maintain and evolve shared design systems and asset libraries across Adobe Libraries, Figma, Canva, and Bynder.
- Model high creative standards and lead the team's AI tool adoption.
- Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines, auditing deliverables for consistency.
