Requirements
- 5+ years of design experience, preferably in a creative, agency, or marketing role.
- Experience leading or producing multi-channel campaigns.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proficiency in Figma or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital, retail, and product launch design work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging designs for websites, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
- Design retail materials including PDPs, templates, and in-store displays.
- Lead the visual strategy and create cohesive assets for product launches and merchandise.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external creative agencies to execute marketing projects.
- Oversee the end-to-end production process to ensure high-quality and timely campaign deliverables.
